Something wrong down there?

Well im not sure if its normal i just dont think it is but i noticed this before i was ever sexually active. My inner lips of my vagina hang out kind of and im a little bit bumpy around there i use to take really hot baths all the time so i dont know if im kinda burnt and i remember when i was little i slipped and fell and got hit pretty hard down there. I dont know it might be normal but ive never seen any other one so could someone please help me?

Yeah my inner lips aren't completely smooth...not the edges at least.
And yes its normal for the inner lips to be somewhat larger than the outer lips. There was a thread on here somewhere, the guy who started it loved huge inner lips, the bigger the better... it had a link to some pics. Ill try to find that thread and post back later.

Mine are bigger than my outer ones (and from what I've seen, bigger than a lot of peoples) and they're not smooth either. Sometimes the bumps are a little bigger than I guess you could say "normal", but then they go back to "normal". Sometimes I think it has to deal with your cycle... or at least, that's my explination on it. lol.
