Hi,

I'm a little worried as after I have had sex a about a week later I began to get a mildly painful tingling in the head of my penis. My girlfriend says her vigina really hurts, its a tingly pain she says and it feels like she has scratches and lumps

can anyone help?

I'd get it checked out pronto at your local GP's. What you've described isn't what you should really feel after you've had sex, especially if it's after a week. If you both go and your both clean (it couldn't just be an eaily treatable infection that you'v passed to each other), at least your reassured.
