Swelling between vagina and anus

I was fingering a girlfriend (using my thumb to rub her clit, middle to stimulate her g-spot, and ring finger to rub over her anus) when I noticed a lump between her vagina and anus. It felt jelly-like and was extremely smooth in texture. Anyways, she used a mirror to reflect an image of it to and it appeared to be a swelling of flesh I believe. This has never happened before and would like some information if any can be provided.

Could be in the start of a pimple or small cyst. Like Lilly said if your worried go to the doctor.

Sounds like its probably a pimple or something, possibly a cyst.
