Hey everyone, my post is kind of similar to Marc's but I have a few different things to add. My girlfriend said that she is sore, and that she has to urinate a little bit more than normal. She said shes sore right above her vagina but it's still inside. She is also sick. I've suggested a doctor but she wants to wait a day or two and then plan on seeing a doctor to see if its just..nothing. Help is GREATLY appreciated, thanks. I hate seeing her worry

EDIT:: Sorry, forgot to mention theres no spots, or any signs of it being an std or anything..

Brandye is a jewel in the rough
Sounds like a urinary tract infection. We all get them and they do not go away on their own. See a doctor and get the proper medication.

it can be caused by anything.... drinking a lot of soda can make you have one...ive heard that sex sometimes causes it... but its not hard for women to get infections down there...everything we have is inside and sterile and any kind of bacteria will cause infection.... dont think its your fault... its a girl thing tell her to drink cranberry juice

I have NEVER heard that drinking soda will give anyone a UTI...so....let's get away from old wive's tales and get to the facts!

This link will give u a good overview of how they happen! They are not uncommon at all among sexually active women!
