The Pill and Soda

Ok. I just took my pill. i happened to have a bottle of soda next to me, so I reached for that to swallow it. I didnt feel it go down my throat, and I think it dropped into the bottle. I slowly poured the soda into a glass and did not see my pill. I know it would have dissolved quickly, though. So, my question is, if I drink all the soda, do I still get the pill in my body in an effective manner?

No need to panic, as I am not currently sexually active. I'm just curious.

ok seriously dont count on my statement as an accurate one because i am completely guessing...but i wouldnt think so.

soda is evil. soda like sucks ingredients out of things. it probably broke it down in a weirdo way.

all the ingredients are still there, so unless there's a reaction between the carbonic acid in the soda and the hormones in the pill, you got the hormones from the pill probably. and it wouldn't have been any different than taking the pill and drinking the soda right afterward anyway; it would have been the same reaction, just different place.

That's pretty much what I figured. I dont see the soda corrupting the hormones in the pill, seeing as it doesnt corrupt the hormones in my body when I drink it normally.

Perhaps from now on I will just not be lazy and get myself some water

you know... i have heard that drinking soda with (any) pill actually helps... its makes the pill dissolve more quickly....
