Are there STDs that a man can get from recieving oral sex? No fluids go into the penis, do they?

uh what is saliva?
oh and make sure the person never has a cold sore on their mouths either.
I think its more likely the guy gives something to the mouth lol but Im sure it can work both ways.

Almost all STDs that can be transmitted genitally can be transmitted orally.
