split up with my boyfriend on tuesday and then on thursday cause i hadnt had my period i did a test and found i was pregnant. im on the pill and was so shocked. i went to the family planning clinic to get it checkd. and have made a doctors apptment.
i told my ex boyfriend and we both know the best thing is for me to have this baby terminated. although i am unsure how i wil cope without him. he told me that he will be there for me and we can talk about us, and try to sort out what we both want. but im upset about being pregnant without him and i dont know how i wil cope going through this, and mostly withouth him. what should i do?
please help!

Yea well guess what I was on the opposing side of that fence when I was 16, first and only date and knocked'r up... 16 years later it stands 6-1 and is a real daddys boy.

My advice for what it is, make him take on his part and be strong. Yea easy words to say but believe me if you stand your ground he just might respect you a little better. Now Im not very hot on the idea of termination however early enough I guess I could live with it, it's your body and mind so I will stay out of that one.
No matter what you take him by the neck, the balls whatever and make him hold up his end of the line, not saying punish him but you can't go this one alone and he's half the reason. He did the deed he can answer to his actions. I dont know how old you are but being in that position myself and having the kid to raise I would make sure the other contributer paid for his half all the way down the line.

If you're going for termination HE should pay for it period. At least you won't have the cost hanging over your head as you have enough emotional things to overcome.

Just my two cents worth
