Brandye is a jewel in the rough
The little pamphlet that comes with them says the penis should be removed from the vagina and the condom changed immediately after ejaculation. The reason is simply that the most common reason for "failure"is sperm coming our the open end and getting into the vagina. This is also a reason for using a spermicide in the vagina to pick up any strays.

First of all I want to know how long a male can orgasm for with a condom on. *I orgasm for about a minute or two and still keep pumping and then pull out. *I've read that sometimes the sperm can come out the open end of the condom and into the vagina!! How is this prevented without eliminating pleasure for the male? *Also, I am really worried because the other night when me and my girlfriend had sex I used a condom but when I pulled out of here after orgasm, the condom came off and was still in her vagina. *We think the open end tipped onto the bed as there was a large wet patch but we were both really worried that some might have dripped down into her vagina so we immediately went to the chemist and got her a morning after pill. *What would've been the chances of any dripping onto her and getting her pregnant?? *I know a solution to stop that bit happening again is to hold it when I pull out, but I'm wondering after male orgasm, how can you avoid sperm slipping through the sides of the condom, to near the base of the penis, after continuing to pump through orgasm??? A response would be greatly appreciated.

For your problem, this is why Brandye also suggests using a spermicide in the vagina and also in tip of the condom.
hope this helps.

I thought I did answer your question and so did Brandye. What else are you wondering??
If they don't have it in the markets there, look online or something. It's not just in the US, b/c Brandye is from the UK and they have it there.

The most common brands all over the world are KY Plus and Ortho-Gynol or Ortho II. You can alwasy find it at the chemist (drugstore in N. America). I do not know about supermarkets everywhere.
