its perfectly fine to use a vibe. i used a makeshift one when i was still a virgin. i used it mainly on my clit.
using one doesn't "devirginize" use. whether its on the clit or you insert one... at least to me it shouldn't matter.
i used tampons and had been fingered before (by myself and a guy) so my first time wasn't painful but it was still special.

well id definetly start out small... especially if you are thinking about insertion.
