weird foreskin?

i have something weird about my foreskin? im not sure if its weird or not...cause i dont look at other peoples penises all the time....but....

i have a weird piece of skin that is connected to head of my penis....near the "opening" and to the edge of my foreskin...its looks like a piece of string...

i dont think this is normal....its pervents my foreskin form being pulled down completely....and their is some discomfort when i try to....

is there a way to remove it? i heard once from some where that u can get a simply procedure to "snip" it away....

just want to get this fixed....cause just started having sex...and pain is NOT good for me

Dude, I used to have your problem too.
Trust me... that piece of skin is supposed to be there.

But if your foreskin doesn't fully retract, then go see your
doctor, and get an appointment with a urologist... he will likely recommend a cream that will solve your probs. It worked for me. If he suggests circumcision tho, get to a new urologist.
