small bump on my penis...what is it

ok about 3weeks ago a small bump appeared on my penis on the right side about 2/3 of the way up, its skin color and not noticable and doesnt hurt at all, its almost like a pimple but when i pinched it i felt a small little thing inside like cartilidge, anyone no what it is??? please help me

how small is the bump? and is there more than one? if so it could just be an inflamed hair follicle, or an oil gland but I cant say for sure, if your truly worried you should probably get it checked by a doc

one and its hardly noticeable but it has been there for like a month

I have had one for almost 4 years. I believe it's a small syst (I did alot of reaserch and came to that conclusion) but, It could still be many other things so you should go to the docter and have them look at it.

It sounds like a cyst..I had one on my arm. I got mine cut out of my arm at the doctors. They could be cancerous so it's probably good to get removed..but..id be scared to let someone cut my penis too.

They can be penile pearls, Fordyce glands,Tyson's glands, or genital warts. I'd bet you they are pearls though as you said they have been there for a long time and didnt mention spreading.. All but the warts are no problem and common. Well.. the warts are common too.. but an STD, so that one is a problem.

Is it hard and cartilage like?

mmparks, it is not really hard when i am soft, but when i am erect it is more noticable and a little harder. and yes it is kinda like cartilage.

Probably nothing, but go to the Dr and get your fears relieved Its more prominant when youre erect cause the skin is more tightly stretched over it.. no big deal!
