ok, well when me and my girlfriend had sex one time about a month ago the outside of my penis right below the 'head' burned when I (and her) touched it, like it was rubbed raw or something...we used a condom so could that be the cause? maybe I have an allergic reaction to the latex or it just rubbed me raw??? or is this a deadly STD I dont know about......

lol
sounds like your g/f knew the answer already yeah it was probably lack of lube. next time use lube on her and put a little down inside the condom. that way it won't rub you raw.
