groin pain

Everytime I make out with my girlfriend for long periods of time I get really sore in the groin area. My right testicle and a little above the right side of my penis start to feel really sore like they are swollen or just recently hit with something. Some times it gets so sore I can barely move or it will put me in alot of pain. At first I thought it was from maintaining an erection for a long periods of time but it never occurs during sex, it only happens after kissing for a long time. Can anyone help me out?

I would think that whats going on is you get what we call "blue balls" A cure...either do it with her or masturbate. If that doesn't work, see a doctor.

even if i masterbate or have sex frequently...like say the day before it happened?
