You might be using a soap that is to harsh. Or laundry detergent. I would use vaseline on your clit. Vaseline cures everything. LOL. Not really but damn close. After your shower rub some on and at night letting it soak in. It really shouldn't irrate you at all. You might want to wear a panty liner during the day also. That helps to absorb any moisture, as I am sure you know.

hmmm, never had a problem with my soap or detergent before.

Also, you might want to try to sleep naked. I dunno, it helps me if I get a bit irritated after my period. I also tryed putting lotion (Jergins) and Vagisil, and both were fine for me, but you mgiht want to check, cause you mgiht react differently to that. Good luck
