My GF is 16 about to be 17 and she wants to get on birth controll but she doesnt want to tell her parents. How and where would we have to go to get her on it, and about how much will the "pill" cost.

The Tease gives the best possible advice wherever you are - she should go to planned parenthood. Birth control is not just the pill, as your question suggests, and you have a responsibility in the whole thing, too.
If you are each prepared to look your parents in the eye and say, "She's pregnant," you are ready. If not, maybe you should do some deeper thinking. There are alternatives to sweating out her period every month. And they are free.
