WOW I haven't been here in a long time!
Here goes.. I am married and have been married for a year. A couple of days ago while my hubby and I were having sex, I experienced pain on the left side (my left) of my lower pelvic area. I went to the doctor today to have it checked out and she said that my urine contained bacteria in it and gave me a prescription because she's treating it as a bacterial infection. But then my doctor called me at home and wants me to come in tomorrow to give another urine sample so she can send it out for testing and I have to have a more thorough exam on Monday. I am freaked out about it because this has never happened before. Since the other night my hubby and I have refrained from having sex because I'm so sensitive that it does hurt every time and the pain gets worse after sex then disappears. But when my doctor pressed on that part of my pelvis, it did hurt but not as badly as when I'm having sex. I did some research online so it could give me an indication of what to expect after my exam monday so that i'm not so surprised but its the usual. there could be anything wrong. I just hate not knowing! lol |
