Loss of sex-drive

ok i gotta ask, is it normal when your on the Shot.. to loose alot of sex drive.. like you think about it sometimes.. but really its far from your mind??? and... you almost have no drive to.???

I get that from time to time. A lot of times there are several factors that are involved then something like that happens. It could just be that you're tired, stressed, had it a bit too much in the last few days, got your period, something like that. If you can't work it out and it seems to be a physical thing, you might want to see a doctor.

i know loss of sex drive is a side effect for the pill.
im sure its the same for most hormone therapies.
besides, you should be ok since you mentioned before that your b/f doesn't want it that often anyways lol.
now you'll be even.

Hay, well Yea, i've been pretty stressed.. and so tired.. but from this shot, i've been tired... but.. LOL see its kinda hard because i used to be one of those peopl ewho... thought about sex, talked about sex wanted sex.. like everyday.. all the time LOL so this is kinda hard to grasp.. its ilke.. "JAMIE ARE YOU IN THERE?" lol but maybe its alot of the stress.. i'v ebeen having since.. well i started school... and even for him too..
but i thank you GALS!!! u guys are great.

Any of the hormonal systems - pill, shot, patch, implants - are messing with your endocrine system (hormones) - at least a little. Some women tolerate some better than others. And sex drive is affected. Some women try several approaches before they find what works best. Talk to your doctor and do not settle for less than satisfaction.
