Help my girlfriend is nervous about sex

what else can we do? i have heard that if we have sex during her period her chance of getting pregnant is less. is there a way to get the patch without going to a clynic?

You can use spermicide in addition to condoms.

AFAIK patch/pill/shot methods have to be done through a doctor, clinic or etc.

Not to sound too preachy... but good for her! I'm glad to hear she's worried, because it IS a big-deal. Hindsight being 20/20... I would have been MUCH more careful in my youth. I was lucky. VERY lucky.

If she's not ready to discuss her sexual activity with one or both of her parents, then you're going to have to wait until she is before getting any type of pills, patches, implants or any other forms of prescribed birth control sanctioned by the parents.

I agree with using spermicidal gels or condoms in addition to the condom itself. Just as important is the CORRECT use of a condom.

Yes try contreceptive the ones you can get at the pharmacy the ones she can put in which are woman condoms with spermacide and you wear a condom too... if it is your first time... hell wear 2 lol cuz little boys get excited quickly and it is more safe.
Does she have a friend whos mom is ok with sex and will take her to the doctor... cuz woman can go to the doctor to be safe WITHOUT THEIR parents but with soemone else or EVEN ALONE. I donno how completely those things work out as in money but i know you can get them youself if you wanna be safe. But yeah just be safe take it slow and easy.
