If it was just one thin layer of clothing, there might be some tiny chance. Through 2 or more layers, no.

Remember, the sperm not only have to get through the various clothing, they have to make it up ~3 inches of the vagina. Thats a loooooong way (remember they're microscopic) in an environment that is very hostile to them. Then they'd have to find the egg and fertilize it- if theres even one there at that particular time.
