Hello,
I haven't had sex in several years. Last night I messed around with a lady friend without havinng intercourse. THis morning I woke up with three black spots on the shaft of my penis. 2 of them re aabout 6mm in diameter and the larger one is about 12 mm. They are sensitive to touch and I noticed a slight swelling of the area this morning when I went to the bathroom. Is this just a friction burn? How long should I wait to go see a doctor?

I say go now. I can't even start guessing what it could be, but a docotr after the exam could.
