Hi,
This is my first time posting. Anyhoo...this guy and I have been having sex lately, unprotected (stupid, I know). And lately he's had a few symptoms that he's concerned about. I have been tested and I am clean and I also have had nothing irregular going on. He says that he has burning while urinating most of the time, not all of the time. He also has to go to the bathroom a lot. And just recently he notice in the hole in the head of his penis, what looked like sperm just sitting there chillin'. He wasn't hard at the time, though, so we don't think it could have been sperm. My question is this: Could this be an STD or is it more likely some sort of urinary tract or bladder infection? Or could this be the result of a transmission of a yeast infection? (I do not have one but someone he has been with recently may). Could anyone who responds to this, please email me their response instead? The only access I have to a computer is at my parent's house and I would really prefer they not see me on a site called sexinfo.com, lol. So PLEASE email any responses to honeyprincess21@yahoo.com Please let me know as soon as possible.

You know, to be honest, I have no idea. From first part, it sounded like he could have UTI, but then, the "hole" throws me off. Best thing would be for him to go to the doctor. Then, make another appointment for yourself in about 2 months or so. And from now on, you should either use condoms, or better yet, abstain till you know that both of you are completely clean. Good luck. I really hope everything works out well.

Exclamation

i sent you an email but never got a response
i guess you got it
if not here's what it said
well if you have been tested and you are clean then you should be ok. tho i would go back and get tested in a month or so just to be sure
his problem could be a UTI or yeast infection. guys can get them too when w/ a chick who's had one.
my advice would for him to definetly go get checked out.
either way if its an STD or just an UTI its not going to go away on its on. he's needs to go to the doctor.
also, definetly be more careful when having unprotected sex. not only b/c of the pregnancy thing but especially since you aren't in a monogamous relationship and he's having sex w/ other people.
here are some symptoms from this same site

Symptoms

Chlamydia is a particularly dangerous disease because there are many infected individuals who experience no symptoms. Men who experience symptoms typically experience watery or milky discharge from the urethra as well as painful urination

Infection of the Urethra (Men & Women):

If the gonorrhea has infected the urethra, a man or woman may experience a burning sensation while urinating. The burning can be mildly or extremely painful, and is complicated by the fact the person may feel the need to urinate more often. As well as painful urination, a discharge from the urethra may be experienced. The discharge is typically clear or milky and range in color from white to yellow-green. In some cases the groin will feel swollen and tender.

Both men and women can get a yeast infection. Men typically experience no symptoms, however, some may experience irritation of the glans (head of the penis

as you'll see both of these are characterized by painfull/frequent urination and some sort of discharge.
herpes and syphalis are usually accompanied by sores or lesions around the area. it says guys w/ yeast infections dont have many symptoms
best thing is to get your guy to a DR
i hope this helps
