Pimples in Vaginal area?

Okay....I really need to know if its possible to get pimplesin the vaginal area. On two prior occasions iv had pimple like bumps that were slightly painful, but not very on the lips of my vagina they seem to pop up over night or over like two days. Their usually gone in like a week. I was able to pop the one i found this morning and it emitted a puss like liquid...like a pimple. Is this simple pore clogging or could I have herpes. I am a virgin and aware of all the stats about how its transmitted outside of sex, ect. I dont have any of the other symptoms such as loss of appetite or fever at time of outbreak. I guess i would just like a little more info about what the symptoms are. And yes, I have already looked at the info the site has on it. If some one would respond soon I would be greatful. I have limited access to the net and am only home for the next two days.

This sounds like it could be a form of "Foliculitis" which is when the hair follicle becomes infected. If that is the case, then what you need to do is wash with an antibacterial soap and exfoliate to keep dead skin from building up in the area.
Another cause could be razor bumps which may become infected.
Herpes does not cause pus to ooze from the sore. A Herpes sore usually looks like a cut in the skin, however, you experience a burning and itching sensation to the area prior to a sore coming out. If you have any of these symptoms, simply go to you gyn and have him/her take a viral culture of the sore. The culture will tell you if it is herpes, and the doc can put you on Valtrex for 3 days which will get rid of the sore.
