i think ive got pearly penile papules but they are on my foreskin. ive seen some pictures and they all seem to be on the base of the bell end. can they be in other places?

Well I understand your fear my dear fellow, I once got pearly penile papules all the way from the tip of the bell, along the foreskin and up the shaft, right down to my testicles and inner thighs. I went to the doctors and after a VERY thorough examination he told me that no, it was fine.

Don't think there's any way to safely get rid of them.. they don't harm anything and will go away on their own in time, so it's best just to leave 'em alone.
