HPV again

The virus causes warts and genital warts... It can be transmitted sexually as well as oraly. I have read there are many types of the virus, some even cause cancer. How is this? Does the risk of cancer involve men as well as women? Please clarify this a bit.

There are many different strains, some cause genital warts, some cause cancer.

There are more than 60 strains of HPV. Many of them seem completely benign. Two strains are possible causes of cervical cancer. I am aware of nothing that indicates that HPV is related to cancer in men.
