Princess is on a distinguished road
I'm a bit worried and need some advice...

I'm 23 years old and i'm engaged to be married in August. My fiance and I started having sex just a few months ago. Either way, we usually use condoms to prevent pregnancy. The other day for the first time we had unprotected sex, he used the pull out method. During the day I did 1 hour on the tredmil and that night I had some vaginal bleeding.

I'm a bit concerned because I was cramping a little bit while on the tredmil. This may sound stupid, but is it possible that I got pregnant and miscarried? I know it's really soon, but it's really weird as I am always on time with my period and it's very regular. This will be the first time for any bleeding outside of my period.

I can't get pregnant cause that would be a shame to my family before my wedding.

I know better than to have unprotected sex, and I also know it's a possiblity to get pregnant that way. I guess my concern is from the bleeding and a bit of cramping.

Any Ideas?

Thanks for any replies.

As a contraceptive technique is slightly better than nothing at all. The key question is where are you in your menstural cycle? Some women often spot during ovulation. It is not likely that the sex would cause the spotting but the ovulation could. Poor timing.

Condoms plus spermicide! Or, get on the pill. If it is a real crisis see your doctor about emergency contraception IMMEDIATELY. The "other day" is not sufficient information to estimate the possible effectiveness.

Oh sorry, the other day was last saturday...so 2 days ago.
I had my period 2 weeks ago. I have never spotting during ovulation, so that's why it's strange to me.

If you had your period two weeks ago, you should be ovulating right about now. This means that you are at the point in your cycle when you are most likely to get pregnant. However, two days is too early to know. I'm no expert on this subject, but I believe that if you did miscarry at this point there would be no bleeding, since the zygote would not yet have attatched itself to your uterine wall. As Brandye said, it is likely that ovulation is what caused the bleeding. Ovulation also often causes the feeling of cramping.

It is not too late for the morning after pill. You should ask your doctor about it, if you feel that the benefits outweigh the risks. Here is a link to the site's info on it:

Wait until your next period to worry. Chances are since he didnt do it in you you are not pregnant. However chances are exactly that.
Two days is definately too early to take a test. If you cant wait until your next period at least wait two weeks.
The current pregnancy tests claim they work about that period of time. Good luck.
