Pimples on penis

All over my penis and sack I have a countless number of these little bumps. They are almost like super small pimples. You can see them sometimes a couple get red. I haven't had it latly but also before I had a couple whiteheads on my penis, just like the ones you get on your face, and I poped them and they went away. My gf hasn't said anything about it yet but latly she has been not wanting to give head and I know it's cuz of that. She alwas brings up genetial herpes. I went to see a docter about it and he said it's nothing and normal but still I'm not sure if he's right or not. Are there any other guys with this?

yeah i got the exact same problem. although i didn't notice it until i did a little shaving for my girl... so if you find out please post, if i find out i will for sure.
