White spots on head of penis

I am really do not have a clue what this is, little white spots on the inner side of the head of the penis. Is it a disease or something? (i can post a picture here, is this allowed?) I have it for a while now, and I don't think I got it by sex. I am always careful with sex...

CLEARLY YOU SHOULD GET TO YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATLY!

There are many STD's that can be transmitted via oral sex! From herpes to Syphillis and Gohnorehha (sorry about the spelling, but u know).

So, don't hesitate, just get it checked out!

Thanks for the reply. The thing is, I saw these "spots" on a number of "actors" in porn pictures and in movies, so I thought it's no big problem. I also thought I'd find someone who's farmiliar with this here, so....

Hey

To help anyone with this problem, these spots on the inner side of the head are the so-called pearly papules. (pictures here -> http://www.willyworries.com/pages/normal.htm) The doctor said it's very normal and quite common. Fortunately, they usually become less visible during one's life.
