tight frenulum

hi i have apparantly got a tight frenulum and have read that it sometimes rips and bleeds!! but u can go to the doctor and have it opperated on (i don't want to do this) (hate opps lol ) and i have got some eumovate (clobetasone butyrate 0.05%) which is the closest i could get over the counter for tropical steroids!! has anyone elce tryed this? and is there anythink elce i can do? thx and sorry if i have confused u all!!

The problem you are describing is more commonly known as being "Tongue-tied".

I doubt whether anyone here (other than Brandye) can help you on this.

If you follow this link to Tongue-tied on WebMd, I found some information there that should help you somewhat.

Other than that, you really should visit your doctor for more help.

See your physician and ask for a referral to an oral surgeon. If you are old enough to be posting, you should know whether or not you have the problem. It is a minor operation.

I think you guys are talking about different frenulums. There is a frenulum below the tongue, and there is a frenulum below the foreskin. From the subject of the board and from densal's previous posts, I would guess that he is talking about the penis one.
