I have a thing that is like and upside down Y on the bottom of penis. I am not circumsised and the strait part of it starts at the foreskin then right before it get's close to my testacles it splits into the Y i do not no if that is supposed to be there or what. It has been like that since i can remember and i don't no if it's normal becasue i have never really had "the talk" before in my life.

Sorry, but I have no idea.
If it has always been there, and causes you no problem, then there is probably nothing to worry about. A doctor must have seen it in the past and would have taken action if it was a problem. If this is a new development or is causing you problems (or just to put your mind at rest), go see your doctor.
