My gf and I were fooling around tonight. Here are the details. On Sunday (today) morning, my girlfriend was on the first day of flow in her period. She had heavy flow that morning, and was using tampons. That same night, while we were fooling around, she had a tampon on so there was no penetration. However, there was "rubbing" between the two genitals and I did release pre-cum. I know for a fact that the pre-cum came in contact with her vagina, however I never penetrated. She also is on the pill, and has been on it for several years. What are the chances of her becoming pregnant from this?

If she is on the Pill and takes it as prescribed, and was on her period, and you didn't penetrate - the combined chances are very, very slim that she will get pregnant. I don't think you need be concerned about pregnancy.
Having said that, always remember that anytime a naked penis is near a vagina there is a risk, no matter how small. Also remember that the Pill does not protect from STD's!
