Under foreskin

Well i have little tiny lumps under the head of my penis.And when i pull back the foreskin,some kinda odour comes out.Some 1 pointed out to me that its called Smegma.I have a GF and shes been trying to give me Head.But i wont let her cause im scared shes gonna laugh,or tell everyone.Is there a cure,or somthing?I wash everyday.Is there some way to get rid of the odour?

Smegma is entirely normal. Every uncircumcised guy gets it. However, your discription of these lumps is pretty vague, so I'm not sure if that's what they really are. If this stuff is not rinsing out easily, it may be something else.

If it really is just smegma, don't worry too much about it. Just take a shower before she goes down on you.

Tiny bumps just around the bottom of the head are perfectly normal. If they are bigger or oozing or anything like that, then I would ask a doctor. As far as the smegma, just ask if you can freshen up or just go to the bathroom before she "gives you head".

The stuff under the foreskin...smegma or what ever its called can be washed away...when you take a bath/shower.

If you're worried about the odour...just use the body shampoo you normally use and wash there too.

The little lumps i'm not sure...but i recently found the same on mine...its hard to see but if you look closely i can see it. I don't think its much.

I dont think its much to worry about either but just in case if I were you I would go to the doctor, Like I said plenty of times before. Its better to be safe then sorry.
