Anything is possible. If you have "leaked" and some of your semen gets on the outside of the condom, then it's possible. Just having it on your finger raises the possibility. You don't have to have an orgasm to make someone pregnant. If you're going to rub against her tho, you're better off with the condom.

Now, with no ejaculation and no penetration, the odds of pregnancy occuring are relatively slim, but there is a risk! By the way, sperm do exist in the pre-cum. In future, don't take unnecessary chances.
