Worried over STD

Me and my boyfriend have never been sexually active with anyone else. Im his first and he is my first, and we havnt done anything past oral sex. He has only done it to me, but a day after he did it, i felt an itching sensation and then a day later there was also a discharge. Now i was wondering if I should be worried about that when we are both virgins to all sexual activity.
COuld this be an std or something else like a yeast infection??? please help!
and if it can be, what would it be? any advice/help greatly appreciated.

If it happened the very next day and included a discharge, it was almost certainly there for a few days or more. The timing is likely coincidental. It does require treatment. Whether it is a yeast infection or a urethral infection all doctors see these daily. They are not indicative of sexual activity and the doctor will make no assumptions.

You should get treated before continuing any kind of sexual activity. A yeast infection, for instance, could be passed to his mouth and then back to you.
