Pregnancy tests aren't 100% correct. Try another one...she should go to the doctor. If you look around some of the other posts about missing periods, there are some reasons as to why she could have missed it, such as not eating/malnutrition, over exercising, stress, etc.

Yes, she could show no signs of pregnancy and still be pregnant!

However, as xx22xx says, there are many other reasons she might miss her period, other than pregnancy.

You don't indicate your g/f's age. Many young women have notoriously irregular periods, which settle down as they get older.

If her periods aren't usually erratic she should see her doctor. Even if they are usually erratic, if she hasn't seen her doctor in a while, it wouldn't hurt to go.

My g/f had the same problem some time ago, she did not had her period for about 3 or 4 months!, i was realy scared that she might be pregnant , but turns out it was the contraceptive shot she was taking every month, i guess it was too strong or something. The doctor just change it for pills and problem solved . So if she is taking something maybe that's it. But she needs to got to the doctor any way, so he can find out what the real problem is. C ya

like someone else said, pregnancy test are not 100% accurate, expecially if you took it right away, you have to wait a little bit. If she is still not having her period after a while she can get birth control pills to regulate her period, but before she does that I would recommend that she rule out pregnancy completely before she takes the pills.
