Hi, I am a male who had a vasectomy, while still a virgin. *I knew in my heart of hearts, that I did not want to have children and it was the right thing to do. *I have only received oral sex in my lifetime. *I was wondering if I meet up with a female who tests disease free and I check myself, just in case for the oral sex, can I be the one guy who doesn't have to wear condoms during sex? *I will be the most monogamous guy there is but I believe in sex, the natural way, without the impediment of gells or condoms ( if it's decleared safe that is).

If you both test free from STD's and you can absolutely trust her to stay that way (and her you), then yes you would not need to use condoms, and you would both be safe from STD's and risk of pregnancy. (I am assuming your post-vasectomy check-up gave you the all-clear from the "little swimmers"!)
