No offence, but it's kinda hard to answer your questions because they are a little jumbled and incomplete. It would help if you explained yourself more coherently. Anyway, that said:

Assuming that he transferred cum/pre-cum to your vagina, it is possible that you could get pregnant. The morning-after pill can be used up to 3 days later, but the sooner the better.

The pill should be taken for one complete cycle to be considered effective, especially if you are irregular. In any case, it is possible to get pregnant at any time in your cycle (including when on your period).

Regular KY is not a spermicide and won't prevent pregnancy.

I don't think this has any relevancy to questions re pregnancy, but I am not a doctor, so ask one.

Bottom Line - check out the section on this web-site regarding Birth Control and STD's. If you still have questions or concerns, then go see your doctor to get prefessional advice specific to your situation. Don't leave till all your questions are answered!

Brandye is a jewel in the rough
Honey,

You are obviously familiar with the gyn's office. You have had a prescription for the pill and have had a diagnosis of the cyst. Those are the people you should be talking to.

Your fourth day on the pill is not sufficient time to have built up an adequately protective dosage. You need a complete cycle to be safe. It sounds like you are fairly adequately protected with the condom and I hope that the KY was with spermicide.

You may want to ask the nurse in your gyn's office for a bit of educaation. If you are s this upset after this experience, you are not sufficiently knowledgeable to take the risks of sex.

Why change condoms in the middle? Why not have spermicide in your vagina before you began? Why skip a pill when you are just getting started? These are big girl games with big girl rules and risks. Number one rule is know how to protect yourself.

Thank u ItalStall and Brandye...the thing is that we always use condoms with spermicidal cuz i dun want to get pregnant and im always very carefull with him comin near my vagina without any condom on and stuff...my question was if it was possible that if he had pre-cum and rubbin it like i explain b4 could b a possibility of gettin pregnant...
And Brandye no im not playing games about it, so i appreciate what u said but dun judge if u dunno...there is a reason y i had to skip the pill and there is a reason besides the point y he changed condoms, but that wasnt my question...i just wanted some info to see if someone knew something not to be judged for being concern and ask....
Thank u

Okay, yes, your post is a little jumbled but the point gets across. It's true that pre-cum contains sperm...therefore it is able to get you pregnant. The worst part is that it is said that guys can't tell when they're pre-cumming.

Considering it was necessary to stop and change the condom during sex, I can't really say much there except for at least you put another one on. The pre-cum would have been inside the condom...I don't think you usually come in too much contact with where the cum would be on the inside of the condom when you take it off. Also the part about you had to skip taking the pill I can’t really say anything about. It wouldn’t have made much of a difference whether you were on the pill or not because it was only your fourth day of being on the pill if I remember correctly. I think the chances of transferring pre-cum from the penis to the hand to the condom to you is low, although it is possible. Make that very low, but yes, there still is a chance. You can always go to a local pharmacy and get a pregnancy test if you really can’t wait because you said you’re irregular.

About the pill though, they can work like the morning after pill. Maybe someone else here can give you information on how to use them as that.

Agreeing with Brandye, it seems like you are familiar with the gynecologist’s office, but I don't think you need to go there for this...I mean I'm no doctor, but I don't think you will get pregnant. I was told to urinate as much as possible after sex if the condom broke because it would help to wash everything out if there was anything. Also, you shouldn’t douche because that may just push everything up further...besides it's not too healthy.

Good for you for using more than one kind of birth control...that's being responsible over the whole thing. You didn't give your age, which might make people hesitate about answering...just a suggestion because I'm sure you want as many replies as possible.

Continuing, I was kind of in the same position, and so was one of my friends. I was having sex with my at-the-time boyfriend and the condom broke because I didn’t want to be having sex, that’s a whole different story, I’ll spare you. So the point is, the condom broke and he decided that he ‘wasn’t sure’ if he started to cum or not…of course I was flipping out for the 2 weeks that my period was late…and he couldn’t have given a shit! What I’m saying is that if I didn’t get pregnant from that, I think you’ll be fine.

So in the future just be a little more careful…stay on schedule with the pill, and always have condoms…the pill should be a girl’s little secret if you know what I’m saying. If he already knows though, he should respect the fact that you’re more comfortable with condoms and the pill and possibly a spermicidal.

If that didn’t answer anything just ask again…you’ll be fine but good luck anyway!

Thank u for ur answer xx22xx im a little relief now...and sorry about the way i put my question i thought that was the easiest way...
Well startin im 20 years old, ive been reading a lot about protection and right now finally i got the pill, and thats a relief to me cuz im really paranoic about not gettin pregnant, so after we are done i always check the condom & all that just to make sure...
I had to skip that day of the pill cuz the day b4 i was taking antibiotics + the pill and that made me feel like i was gona die for all the nausea i had, so i skipped that day to see if that helped me feel better & actually did, cuz its the first time i use the pill so ive heard that u can get pretty sick and that u have to change pills & stuff, so i wanted to see how it was for me, but now im doing fine, they actually dun bother me @ all...& i have to take them cuz of the cyst and of course even more protection.
My bf says if he had a lil of precum the condom had spermicide so that probably the lil that was there mayb it killed it, thats another relief that i didnt think b4 being so worry about it, and those condoms have lubricant + spermicide, so i think that could b a chance that it killed it...

I was readin about the morning after pill and i read that its a birth control pill but higher doses, so today i took the pill i skipped that day + the pill i had to take today to see if that kinda helps, but i would really want to know more about what can i do with the pills...
The other thing i wanted to know its if me being so irregular and that now i got my period after 2 months, that can make the chances even low...and if the cyst on the ovary can make impossible to get pregnant, cuz cysts delay ur period like if u were pregnant so...
Anyway on monday im gonna call all those plan parenthood places to see what they tell me..i already called but they are closed for the weekend so, and ill keep taking the birth control pill...
Thank u very much again and i really appreciate the replies
Hugs

The amount of spermicide on "Condoms with Spermicide" is negligible and have not been proven to prevent pregnancy any more than condoms without (having said that, it sure won't hurt to have it there!).

Urinating after sex will make no difference if sperm have gone up into the vagina and beyond; the urethra is at the entrance to the vagina, and urine (as you know) goes down, not up.

Don't mess with any type of prescription drugs - certainly don't alter your dosages/frequency without consulting your doctor first.

There are several different types of Morning-After Pill, all of which can cause very uncomfortable side-effects. Again, talk to your doctor *- don't experiment based on guesswork and hearsay.

Don't assume that because someone else got lucky or unlucky that you will also. Yes, I think from what you have told us that you will be alright. However, whether you like what Brandye said or not re games etc, please do listen to the essence of her advice; she is a real doctor. If she says you should be talking to a doctor, believe her! While Members like xx22xx and I are doing our best to give you good input, we are not doctors.

Glad to hear you are going to followup with Planned Parenthood ... good luck.

I hope you know that if you miss a pill, you’re supposed to take it anyway whenever you remember that you had forgotten to take it, and then get right back on schedule. The birth control pills should also help to keep your period regular, so that’s another advantage of being on them. Also, some people lose weight. I still don’t know how to use the birth control as the morning after, I’ll try to find out and post back. As for the Planned Parenthood, you're probably better off talking to your gynecologist about any questions you have, but you can still try calling them anyway. You may have to actually go into a Planned Parenthood because when I spoke to them on the phone, they definitely didn't speak English all that well, so it was a little difficult.

Please make sure you have read the section on this website with information about the Morning After Pill.

Take special note of the following Drawbacks before doing anything! Please consult with your physician before taking the morning-after pill.

If the combination of hormones does not prevent pregnancy, they may harm the fetus, and you should consider the possibility of having to have an abortion should the method fail.

This helps me out a little too. Here is my problem and I hate to change topics off unicorn22 but I have noticed that it is kind of hard to get rapid help on this form due to small numbers.

Anyway my girlfriend went to get the pill last month and she said they tested here for pregnancy before giving them to here. Now she has been waiting for her period and hasn’t had one in two months. She said that she has been irregular all of her life and she doesn’t seem all that worried about it too much, not as much as I have been. We had sex about two or the weeks ago about 8 times. We first didn’t have any condoms and we hadn’t seen each other in a while. We had sex (5 times) and I pulled out came on a towel and the next day we had sex (3 times) with condoms.

Needless to say each time I put out less and less. She hasn’t had any sickness or anything but I’m getting a little sketched out. We are both 19 years old if it helps.
Thanks yall
