Like I said several days back, I apologize for my behavior and the fact that I attacked some of the senior members of this forum. It was not my intention to offend any of them. To all of you (except Pozzolane) I apologize once again. I've taken the comments to heart and I will spend my time reading the posts instead of commenting on them. If you read back through the posting history, no-one really jumped on RAM except for when he started ranting about Brandye’s “poor” medical advice. To which he also tried to pull some magical authority out of his derriere. I only attacked his behavior (not him), up until he actually physically threatened me on a message board. This only gives me increasing evidence of either his age, or penis size (obviously very small).

Why do you take such offense to everything I say? Just wanted to say that if you ever find yourself travelling through the south to stop by and say hi! I figured that between studying, cooking, reading books, playing dungeons and dragons, and locking yourself in the bathroom for your special alone time that you may want to get a little exercise. Why are you interested in my penis? My wife should be the only one that is concerned about that and the last time I checked, she wasn't. If you are interested in penis', I'm sure some of the homosexual and bisexual individuals that post on here can answer any questions you may have. As a matter of fact, I'm not a professional fighter! I do exercise and one of my hobbies is MMA. I hope that knowing how to fight doesn't upset you and if you spent your entire life running away from confrontations, MMA may be something you want to look into. Don't get your panties in a wad either, I'm not threatening you! I have never been a bully that randomly targets the frail and the weak so you don't have anything to worry about. I like to fight as a hobby and to be honest I can't say that I'm all that great at it. I do get to fight probably once every 2 weeks and I've had my nose broken 3 times while on the mat, so apparently I have a small problem blocking all the punches. Also doesn't look so good at work and during my rounds at he hospital but it does make for some interesting conversation with my patients and the hospital staff. I actually do it more for my 3 kids so they can grow up knowing how to protect themselves, not to mention it is a great form of exercise. I actually went from 6"1" 239 to 210 over a 3 month period so I'm very excited about it! Just a little heads up, JSP (Canada native!)is fighting this Saturday on pay per view if you are interested. You might have to break your death grip off the computer mouse but if you do have an ounce of testosterone pulsing through your body you may find it entertaining. I actually find your comments interesting. I'll be honest, it has been a long time since I have had someone feel the need to constantly attack me. I think i was in elementary school at the time but it brings back some old memories. I think those who feel the need to attack others online actually suffer from your so called penis envy because they never had the balls to do it in real life. If you get off by attacking me online please don't stop! This forum was intended to help others answer their questions and to assist those in need of information, or possibly in your case some mental imagery of my "small penis"..

Yes Pozzalone it is true that many people here in the South suffer from poor dental hygiene but the ADA has made great strides here in Georgia to enter the schools and discuss the importance of daily brushing and flossing the teeth. If you do come through the south just be careful not to piss off the wrong red neck or yes, you may get bit by one of those last remaing teeth and suffer a severe case of cellulitis. Everyone knows that humans do in fact have some of the dirtiest mouths so if you do happen to suffer a bite injury please get medical attention immediately. Hopefully you don't run into me because I can guarantee the Hippocratic oath would get thrown out the window for you but you should get seen somewhere!

Before I forget...and to set the record straight for Pozzalone and to make sure that I uphold the highest ethical standards of behavior and honesty........NO NO NO I'm not a professional fighter. Once again, I'm not a professional fighter! Unfortunately Pozzalone, I am a physician so I can't deny that for you even if it would make you feel better!As for right now, that is what pays the bills and puts food on the table for me and my family. Not to mention that I can't quit because I owe alot in student loans still. As for your other inquiry: I completed medical school in Missouri, internship in toothless Georgia and my residency training in Georgia. If the moderators would like to verify my credentials if it would make you feel any better they can send me a private message and I will be more than happy to share this with them. After all, it is public information and you can access it if you want. I just don't trust you Pozzalone, I have a family to worry about and from what I can gather you appear to be a little bitter with either your life or just way to interested in mine.

Thanks for the invite, but I have no time to be going to North Georgia on a whim to meet some guy on the internet with superiority complexes (little man syndrom I've heard it called). I'm a professional myself with 7 years of university under my belt and I have deadlines to meet. No need for the exercise either. I never said you weren't a bright individual! Starting your college career between the ages of 16-17 and having the drive to become a professional by 24 with an advanced degree is something to be proud of. I never claimed to be brilliant, took me 7 years to just get through undergrad., had fun but it took awhile so you obviously have more intellectual prowess than I. Just figured that given your confrontational nature that you were into contact sports and obviously you are. I'm actually a Georgia transplant and was raised in Northern Minnesota so I do have a passion for hockey as well. Not very good at it but I do enjoy it. Have fun Pozzerlone and try not to get too stressed out with your deadlines and your high pressure career!

Look, I'm only confrontational to those that I see acting as bullies. I saw you bullying (specifically Brandye and then Dancing Doc2) and I stood up to you. I didn't see your apology until you issued one a second time in where you then made reference to "sparr" me in an MMA ring.

Enough said Pozzalone! I'm throwing in the gloves and we can go back to our day to day lives. I did attack others and I did say things that weren't all together accurate about Brandye and Dancing Doc but unfortunately in a weak sort of way I got my feelings hurt. I really do carry myself in a professional manner 99% of the time but I have been known to degress on occasion. Never could have made it in the military because of the authority and need to follow commands. I do have a temper and that is why I go to the gym to get beat on and beat up on others in a controlled setting. Needless to say, it was nothing personal!!! I will hopefully keep my mouth shut unless I have something insightful to say and I wish you the best! No hard feelings!

To the moderators, I will move forward and play by the guidelines. You may be right though.....I probably act like I'm 5 but I'm really 37! I will start acting my age in the future and I will give only pertinent medical advice when appropriate!
