I have several friends who say they have better orgasms from masturbation. They actually enjoy masturbating more than having sex with their partner. They say in the end they get the same result and only have to concentrate on themselves.
I was wondering how many other people feel that. Does anyone else enjoy masturbation more than having sex with there partner?

I discovered years ago that while masturbation is enjoyable and a necessary activity to get through the day, it is not as great as having a partner to share in the experience and to be an integral part of making it better.
As good as orgasms are from your own hand, they should be much more intense and enjoyable when you turn the reins over to someone else. Why? {I'm so glad you want to know....) There is a two stage reason for why.
A.) When home alone doing the deed, we only become aroused to a certain degree. When we have company and this person is helping out, even if there is no or not much "chemistry" between us, we tend to become aroused to a much greater degree.
B.) When said partners also have a "mutual admiration society" and the pheromones are flying between them, and, the proverbial "sparks" are there, we get turned on to the maximum.
It is not unusual to feel the penis harden much more, often giving the sensation that it cannot expand any more and will burst at the seam! Our body tenses and strains more, the penis tingles more, other senses and reactions become more acute.
So, in a word, my answer is "NO".
I would have to say a definite NO. When I play, I'm fantasizing about my partner, what does this say? I want him there! No matter how powerful the orgasm on your own, there's something about being with your partner that makes it different. Sex is a journey, Orgasm is only a leg of it.
I can't speak for no one but myself but I definately prefer partnered sex to masterbation. Don't get me wrong, I deeply enjoy masterbation and I consider it a private pleasure but it will never compare to the intimacy and pleasure I share with my husband. Masterbation though it feels devine, doesn't come close and never will.
People who say masturbation is better than sex either have never had sex, have their own puritan agendas to push, or have never had any good sex.
