I have a rather large belly and having trouble pleasing my wife. We seem stuck in one position and not working for her. Penis size is average 5.5" What position does anyone recommend that is best for her?

Best Position for Big Bellies

In your case I recommend clicking on the "Home" page link near the top of the screen. There you will find illustrated animated positions divided by category. You may just have to "try a few on for size" as the saying goes.
That said, I recommend the "X" or "Y" where you lay on your sides facing each other. The difference between them is in the placement of your legs. Your torsos are at outward angles so this should provide the compensation you want.
Butterfly
This is one of my faves. Altho, our bed is at a height that my guy stands rather than kneels. I enjoy this one b/c I have access to rub my clit... and he has a belly as well.. but it's never gotten in the way.
