As for construction:
* Latex may be better because they fit tighter and more securely
* Poly fit looser, may be more comfortable
+ Protection may or may not be better as determined by whether
the wearer likes them or not
+ Being thinner, and having more wiggle room, sensitivity might be
better
* Poly are not affected by oil lubricants
+ They are more likely to break than Latex models
* Natural condoms are the thinnest and offer the most sensations
+ They do not protect the user from STDs
+ They are the most fragile
* Fancy colors, ribbed, etc., offer certain intrinsic advantages
It seems to me that what is best is determined by need.
