no, ive never heard of that, I would think that it would hurt him. so I dont know if I would even try it.
crazy coincidence--just yesterday, a male friend of mine mentioned how painful it was to do that! He specifically said that ninety degrees was too far. Not that I doubt your experience. I would guess that flexibility varies from guy to guy.
Hey, im a guy and i find 90 degrees quite pain full, but i do like it to move about quite abit, back and forth, alittle to the side sometimes, variation is good, I guess how much movement just depends on the person
