Yes, you can. It takes practice, lots of it. Have him hold on your hips to help guide you. Use your knees as the bending point and go up and down bend your head towards his face so you are nearly chest to chest..try side to side. Have a good time. Put music on if you need to keep a rhythm! Don't use your behind, use your knees and the muscles in your thighs! pretend you are over him face to face and nearly chest to chest holding on to the head board. Go up and down that way first until you get it down pat. Don't try sitting straight up on him! Get the motions and strengthen your legs muscles.

You know, personally I've never gotten much out of being on top. I'll do it, but it feels more like foreplay for both me and my bf, and we always finish with another position or oral. I know other girls who feel the same way. For every girl who says girl on top is the only position that gets her off, I've heard others say it does nothing for them. To each their own.
