Ball play is really nice (as long as you don't squeeze too hard, ouch) but I don't think that putting it in is really what you're after. I'm actually wondering if that's even possible.
It's just a really nice, secondary feeling to have during any kind of sex, you're doing pretty much everything that is required if you play with them already. Vibrators on the back feels really, really nice (especially near orgasm) and aside from that, maybe a bit of lube, but that might get a little messy if he doesn't shave.
I still always found light stimulation (light touching/petting) or a lick or two during oral to be more than enough.

Yeah I've never heard of that being done either.. You could always have him try t bagging you.. I find just rubbing, massaging enough for me really, especially right near orgasm.
well if your into stimulating the balls try having him wear pants (underwear) when you have sex so that his balls are in and his penis is obviously out. I do this during masturbation and it feels really good because the balls move around a bit in the pants and get stimulated
