As you grow up you'll learn that it's what you do with it that counts. Knowing what to do comes from experience (whatever your size,) but that doesn't mean there's any need to rush. When going through puberty you'll think about sex a lot which isn't unnatural, but there's absolutely no need to go and get some through peer pressure or anything.

Average size doesn’t really count yet because your body is still changing but actually no matter what size you get to don’t worry about that because all guys are different sizes and shapes.
About asking a girl out, first talk 2 the girl…just about anything…get to know her a little bit talk to her as a friend first…assuming its in school…if u see her in the hall smile…after u talk 2 her a few times bring it up…just ask her to a movie or to something you want to do.
