A boy can masturbate as often as he needs to or desires to up to the point that his body refuses to respond for several hours.

More than likely you have friction burns where you have stroked your penis to excess and have mild abrasions. The fix is to bite the bullet and stop masturbating until the area(s) heals.

Have you read thru the Index? Here is an article that you should read:

Boys and Masturbation / Got questions?

Please pay particular attention to the area that discusses Stress management.

As for size, please read the very first article listed:

For Boys Only- A Matter of Size (Regarding your penis)

OH! and before you get too far into your hormones, you should read this article:

I'm Ready for SEX! (or am I?) I really want to do it.

stop masturbating? how do i do that im adictied

Read the section on Stress management.
I rather doubt anybody can actually stop for very long; however, what we can do is learn how to manage or throttle our sex drive.

A person is really only addicted when s/he is doing something that interferes with their daily life and its obligations and responsibilities. I know, masturbating feels incredibly good, so you want to do it for the pure enjoyment of it. I know masturbating reduces sexual tension and stress, so we do it for these reasons, also. What gets a guy into trouble is when we stroke away so often and to such an extent that we rub our skin raw in places and then find it difficult to stimulate ourselves because of the several scabs. So, regardless of what is going on with you and your life or what you are telling your self that cannot be done--you must learn how to manage your urges so that you have some reserve for when you absolutely must be able to have a climax. Right now, my guess is that you are climaxing so much during the day that you cannot when you need to and then when you can finally do it the result is weak and less than hoped for. All the more reason to learn.

Do not just stop; instead, reduce the number of times you do it throughout the day and live with the stress. Begin by reducing the number of times by one or two and then a week or so later, spread out the time span between the times you do it.

Ok im confused happie_blazed is 15 in one post. 16 in another . then 17 ... Now I know im getting old but to age that fast in a few days is a bit strange
i think i got a high sex drive really i mean if i could i would get laid like 10 times a day is that even helthey for some one to have a sex drive like mine
Your sex drive is increasing and will continue until you are in your nineteenth year whereupon it will peak. From twenty on, it will begin to decline until the end of your life. In this regard you are no different than any other teen, except for the exact placement each of you are along this curve based upon age and when you began masturbating. For late bloomers the initial curve will be steeper, for early bloomers less so. Irregardless, the differences up to age nineteen are slight.

Right now your hormones are "raging" and this is quite normal albeit disconcerting and bothersome. We all go through this and have to develop coping skills until our body chemistry settles down in a few years.

Most teenage boys have a limited amount of "stamina" that lets us enjoy perhaps as many as three--four orgasms per day. Depending upon drive, how each of us is "wired", and how far away we are from puberty, post pubescent boys might be able to have more climaxes, while the further removed we are the fewer. Some boys do not have an urge or need to masturbate one or more times a day and are content to do so less often. This is also "normal". I understand about wanting to do it ten times!, yet this is unrealistic and also a gross waste of time and productivity even if it was possible. Most of our bodies top out at about three times before they refuse to respond for several hours. Depending upon how long you wait after recovery to masturbate or make love, again, the next climax could be weak or strong.

It is at this point when it is a good idea to learn to manage how frequently you masturbate. If you need a good intense orgasm to help reduce stress and you cannot summon one up, then you more than likely have been using them for immediate gratification. This is not wrong, just unwise and is why I recommended that you and others read the section on Stress Management in the article on masturbation.

You may not be happier, however, life will be easier if and when you learn to manage your urges, AND, when you can think about or or participate in other activities and not just sit there wishing and wishing or doing and doing. There is little that is more frustrating to a young guy than needing to work up a climax yet knowing he cannot because his daily allotment has been used up.

It is hard to change your mind and think about other things when those seemingly ever present erections are rubbing against you and your clothing reminding you, yet you will be better off mentally learning these coping skills.

Get some self control, get a hobby or somthing.
idk y i put that im 15 turnning 16 in like 3 months i believe
It is important to be truthful on your age, you can't be saying you are
15, 16 and 17. Makes you look like fool :D

So you are at this point in time 15?

i got hobbies jacking off seams to b on the top of the list tho

only and 5-7 times a day to me are like complete opposites i usually do that like 1 or twice a days and I think thats a bit much

> i usually do that like 1 or twice a days and I think thats a bit much

Not if there is a need. Sometimes the need is for more one day than the others. For more on this topic, please read the article on Boys and Masturbation listed on Page 2 of the Index.

Hi i am a girl. I want to masturbate but every time i attempt to finger my vagina i get scared. What should i do? I need to experience what it feels like.

1. The vagina is an internal organ. It is unclear at what you point you become scared.

2. When you are ready, you will simply do it. Do a websearch on female masturbation and you will find many sites. A good one for beginners is clitical.com.

Welcome to the SI101 Board and its Forums. I hope you will enjoy participating. Please begin by familiarizing yourself with Index located at the top of the main page. It contains links to helpful informative insightful, as well as how-to articles that discuss the most common questions and concerns people ask about. In addition, if you click on the site's Home Page you will find even more information.

> I want to masturbate but every time i attempt to finger my vagina i get scared.

What scares you, or put another way: what are you afraid of, specifically? Knowing this will help to further help you.
When you are ready, you will simply do it.
I agree with our "resident M.D.": when curiosity becomes stronger than fear, you will simply begin to explore and experiment.

If you use Tampons what is so different about inserting a finger. What is so different in concept between placing a finger inside your vagina and inside your mouth? Think about it. Men and women place a finger inside the vagina all the time, especially when the intent is to stimulate and arouse her. Women also insert a finger when placing or removing a diaphragm or sponge before/after having sex.

Learn how to physically arouse yourself and when sufficiently moist, try; although at first I would use a light and hand mirror to explore your vulva and to learn the state of your hymen. (Is it fully intact? Partially intact? Mostly eroded away with a clear opening. Knowing this will help how you begin exploring.) Use the mirror to learn what all your pieces-parts look like.

Don't fret, you're not diffusing a bomb or anything. ;)

Just wash your hands 1st, and maybe file any sharp edged nails? Obviously on your first time you'll most likely just stick to fingers poking around looking for the good bits. So unless you lose your mind and try to shove a fist in all of a sudden there's an incredibly small chance you'll injure yourself.

Have fun! :)

OK I put my finger in my pussy. I was poking it thou, like in and out and in the end my finger get hotter and so does my vagina. is it normal?
Also i didnt feel anything, except getting wet. what should i do?

What to do when the Clitoris becomes too sensitive

Benefits of Masturbating for Boys and for Girls

Please clarify what you mean by not feeling anything.
1. Are you referring to becoming aroused?
2. Are you referring to not feeling anything inside your vagina?

As for (1) becoming aroused, this is the result of caressing your body.
Learn what types of caresses build arousal. When making out with a boy, for example, the stages are Necking, Petting, and Heavy Petting, all before getting to the Foreplay stage. When caressing yourself, begin with your hair, neck, ears, lips, cheeks, etc. (All things above the shoulders.) "Petting" involves the rest of your skin excluding the breasts and genitals. Begin fully clothed and slowly remove them. "Heavy Petting" pertains to all of the above and now includes your erogenous zones--the breasts and genitals.

(2) The vagina is devoid of nerves so what most women report feeling is a sense of fullness when a finger, penis, or dildo is inside. Many do not involve the vaginal vault when masturbating, preferring to concentrate on the opening itself. Places that are sensitive and that will increase arousal once you are already pretty much aroused are:
a. G-spot: located about 2" inside on the anterior {front) wall. It is about the diameter of a quarter and feels somewhat spongy.
b. Deep seated nerves along the anterior and posterior Fornex will be responsive once a person has become aroused from other caresses.

Use your fingers to manipulate the Labia Majora and Minora and slowly move on to the shaft and tip of the clitoris. The shaft is buried between the folds of the large lips.

Relax and let the sensations build.

I do not know about fingers, specifically; however, your body's temperature will increase as you become aroused. You may even perspire as a result of becoming very turned on. You will notice other changes such as your breathing becoming more halting, or, even that you pant. Your torso may become stiff, perhaps your toes will curl, and you may make a fist with one or both hands. All are normal and all are the results of becoming very aroused as you approach the threshold of an orgasm.

I'm a guy, so you'll have to take this with a grain of salt.

Maybe you're looking at it too analytically? For example, if I'm too focused on the physical action, it is more like an examination than a pleasure. Part of this learning process is letting your mind go, either to fantasy or to "blankness". For me personally, if I let my mind wander into fantasy and really pay attention to the details of it, it works out great. It's almost a trance. But if something happens that snaps me back to reality, I lose a lot of ground and have to almost start over. I would think fingering yourself with too much attention would be similar to say inserting a tampon or going to a GYN. The physical touch is only a small part of pleasure. It's training your mind to accept those nerve responses as pleasure.

My wife on the other hand (back when she used to solo, and even still now with our couple sex) she completely blanks her mind. If she has any thought she gets caught up in that and it will take her forever.

For her, she never used to actually penetrate herself. Rather she just would have 2-3 fingers "cupped" over herself and rubbed in a small circle. Since most of your nerve endings are there around the outside anyways there's no real benefit to penetration other than if it's pleasurable or whatnot. Basically I would say just try a few different motions and things for like 5 minutes each, and see. It's very much a personal learning experience.

Same goes for the mental part. Try for a while with a cleared mind. Also try with a fantasy. Just something simple like "most desired person" doing the exact motion that you are doing. If you can close your eyes and visualize their hand doing what yours is then that's pretty much the foundation for anything to come.

You could try focusing on how good it feels without any orgasmic expectations. This could be relaxing enough to permit you to orgasm.
And I don't rely upon penetration when masturbating.
