Ok I'm going to try to understand what your trying to say since your sentence structure is attrocious.

All the advice given is true. There is no lying going on here. You cannot in any way safely enhance your penis size. Except for gene manipulation which is impossible. Pills are a temporary fix...if they even work at all. Techniques like jelquing and penis stetches risk damaging the internal structures of the penis. And again they don't work. Surgery is generally risky and can cause more harm then good.

Is an extra inch or 2 really worth risking function of your penis? Again I'm sure its safe to say a woman would prefer a penis that can get grow 6 inches and can do so regularly, over a penis that CAN grow to 9 inches but is unable to do so because of damages.
