I hav found that my wife can stimulate an area on my abdomen just above where the base of my penis is and I can have an orgasm that way without anything else. Yeah that's it, I can have powerful orgasms without my penis even being touched.
im not sure exactly what shes stimulating.
the prostate is located just inside the anus so i doubt that is it.
