I'm looking for a small-medium size toy meant for anal use that vibrates. I need it to be quiet enough to be covered up by music as I have roommates. I'd prefer it to be silicone simply because its the best material I've worked with. Most stores don't really comment on how quiet these are and while I have moderate anal experience everything I've used that vibrates is rather noisy. Does anyone have suggestions?

Hi Burnt, I can't really recommend much because most of my toys (and admittedly I don't have that many) don't vibrate, the few I have that do all have about the same noise level. If you're buying in a walk-in store see if they have an open one and ask to see it on. I'd also say plastic-only toys (vibrators) tend to be a little noisier than silicone ones like dildoes with a vibrator buried in them. Hope that helps a little.

Here is a link to the Tantus Pro Touch. It sounds like just about everything you are looking for. I have one and it is pretty quiet. You can also use pretty much any other mini bullet style vibe inside of it if you want something a little more powerful. Like DVD said, the silicone body keeps it pretty quiet, especially once it is inserted. The other great thing about silicone is it is super clean and doesn't absorb odors, so that's a definite plus when using an anal toy.

Got it in today and gave it a shot, worked rather nicely and is quieter than hair trimmers and electric toothbrushes I've used. I got it through amazon because an amazon package is about as discrete as you can get. They also had it on sale for super cheap at the time :D

Well it looks like my response is a bit late. However I do have a suggestion for a future purchase. It is a med. sized toy, butt (pun) it is my favorite. It is called the Adventure this is bar none the best vibrating anal toy I have ever used. Also you do need some good lube. It is a must for anal toys. Hope that helps. I know it would have helped me. I now have a large toy collection that is being neglected because of this toy.
