Any position ideas?

I am a female and I had knee surgery about a year ago. The problem is that it did not heal properly and I am very limited to what I can do, epesially in the bedroom. I am unable to put alot of preasure on my right knee or I risk alot of pain and maybe even some locking. I know my boyfriend is getting bored with the standard position and I would love to do something to "wow" him. Please help!!!!!

Good luck!

fun~I did see this forum, but I'm still feeling a little hopeless. My kneecap is slowly dislocating and is accually sitting at an angle on my joint. When I lay on my side, my whole leg dislocates and I cannot put any preasure on it for more than a few minutes. The whole situation is very frustrating and I cant afford to go out and purcase anything to assist me. I guess I'm just hoping for that miracle awenser, lol

Lie on your back with your legs draped over him lying perpendicular to you and on his side. Thus, you and he each have access to all critical parts of yourself or the other and neither of you has the need to support anyone. This is a great position to use a magical hand or vibrator on yourself whilst having him in you. Some men appreciate the additional stimulation and, frequently, you orgasmic contractions will set him off as well.

And, see another orthopaedic surgeon.

Unfortunately I think that thread and this one already suggested the best things to do. If it hurts to lay at different angles during sex, then it will probably hurt to lay at different angles during sleep - and this would be something that you could have medical insurance help pay for different types of supports. It'll just take trial and error along the way, and hopefully you'll get some treatment for your knee that will help.

You could also try what Brandye said, adding a pillow of whatever thickness is appropriate over his torso to rest your legs on to further reduce stress on the knee joint.

Both of my knees are shot from multiple injuries and those are the things that I've found to help.

Depending on his length/rigidity/shape, you might be able to have your legs together with a pillow under your knees and have him on top of you. You might also try bending over the side of a couch with him behind you while holding your feet carefully.

Good luck
