I enjoy being a nudist when possible. Been to some great clothing optional beaches and love it. Wife won't join me so the chances to enjoy this are limited with her other than when we are alone on our boat. If I get out in the summer to tan I will try and get as naked as possible depending on where I am. At a lake I will start out in a thong, a suit with some clips to open up the front, and go bare if possible. In the summer I shave all my pubic hair off and go bare. Winter time I let some grow in and keep the rest shaved.

Just got a nice clean shaved area with just the smallest patch right above the shaft. Wish the weather was better to be out in the sun working on no tan lines. Guess I will just head to the hot tub and hope spring and some warmer weather gets her soon. Wish I could head to a nice warm beach.
Just got back from some great nude time with the wife. We headed to warmer climate and the condo we stayed at had a nice privacy wall. The first day there the wife went outside to lay out with her bikini on. I had just gotton out of the shower, so I joined her in just my towel. Pulled it off to use on the lounge chair and just layed out totally nude. It felt so good. After awhile she took off her top and then after some time she pulled off her bikini bottoms and was totally nude also. We spent a few hours that way just laying out and a few more hours nude in the condo. What was also nice was she had just shaved herself almost totally bare. She had left a small patch of hair just above the vagina and some hair on the labia. But she had even trimmed this to the shortest length ever.
The next day we went to lay out again. She had gone outside while I was taking my clothes off. I was surprised to go out and there she was totally nude and no swimsuit in site. She had just dropped her clothes and grab a towel before heading outside. I was pleasantly surprised and we had a great time catching some sun that way. I did some walking around the yard which made her nervous since earlier she had noticed some people up on their wall and she was afraid they might catch a glimps of us. The next day she wore her bikini again and never did take it off. But I still joiined her without anything on. I much prefer it that way. I had just done a home wax job on me a week earlier and so I was nice and bare, other than my own small patch of hair just above the penis. But then I took most of that off also. Loved being bare and in the sun.

At little beach I was entertained by two 20 something girls that came to the beach. I watched them hesitate and then they finally came down to the beach. Kept talking to each other and it appeared they were daring each other to take all or part of their bikinis off. One finally removed her top. After awhile they got up to play in the ocean and the second one removed her top but kept her long hair in front until in the water. After getting out they took pictures of each other standing in the ocean topless. A guy walking by offered to take their picture together which they did. He was standing there nude taking the picture and they just were smiling. It just goes to show that many young people are still shy and worry too much about how they look to enjoy nudism. They really were very attractive women and at that age things were still nice and firm and not much to worry about compared to most of the 30 - 60 year old people that are at the beach.
My wife and I are nudists and are members of a nudist club a few miles from our home. About half of the women and a third of the men at our club are totally shaved. We are totally shaved and enjoy the feeling and it feels a whole lot better when we go down on each other.

Remembered this thread from last year and with the weather turning warmer, I am looking forward to getting out in the sun nude. I had the chance the other day at a natural hot spring and enjoyed a soak in the nude. In fact three nice looking ladies came and we enjoyed a soak together. They didn't join in going nude, but in just thongs and bras, they were pretty close. Of course when they got out, two of them didn't hesitate to take there wet bras off before putting on shirts. One even pulled her thong off before pulling her pants on. the third lady just pulled her dress over her and changed back at the car. It was very comfortable situation. Nice that each of us could enjoy the situation with whatever amount of clothing we were comfortable with or none at all. Nice when adults can be together and enjoy being nude without it being sexual at all. I guess this is one of the reasons I enjoy being a nudist in that just being nude doesn't mean sex.

She dosen't have a problem if it's nearly bed time but other than that it always clothed. I'm also shaved for the most part. A small patch above the shaft. It's much cooler in the Florida heat.

Well I'm glad you were entertained. Although the least you could have done was shove a 20 down their knickers when they'd put them back on. If you want voyeuristic kicks go to a strip club.
Anywho I've only gone to nudist resorts on a few occassions and I have to say I enjoyed the experience enough to reccomend it to my mates. It is definitely liberating and it changes the way you interact with people.
As for shaving, it definitely wasn't the norm when I went.I was shaved and I got the impression that it wasn't generally approved off.
Sarah, you read my post and took the wrong point from what I intended to write. There was nothing sexual about it from my point of view. If nudism were sexual and all about getting naked then it would only happen if you look good and have a great body. This beach would have been almost empty if that was a requirement. And the young girls should have been the first to strip naked since they probably had the best bodies. Most people on the beach were there to just enjoy the sun on their entire bodies without getting hasseled which is the entire reason I was there. Compared to most of the people that come to the beach, these two acted so different which is probably why they were noticed. Most of the people just would come to the beach, find a spot to lay their things, and strip and just lay out. These girls came and were giggling, and like I said, having to dare each other to even remove their tops. They were not relaxed at all about being there. You are right though, if I was there to be sexually entertained by them, then they should have danced and I should have given them a some bills. Most of the people I notice at these beaches if they are there for voyeristic reasons either hide in the bushes, arrange their spot to lay at so they can look up a girls crotch, never get naked themselves, stare obsessively, and are real jerks. Either all of these or a combination of these items but mostly the last. I hope these two girls enjoyed themselves and would consider going again to a clothing optional beach. Again they were not bothered by anyone and it takes a little time to get used to being naked on a beach. It will be much easier for them the next time if they decide to enjoy the freedom of clothing optional and realise that for most nudists, it isn't sexual.
The first time I went to Europe, I found nudist beaches were common in Spain, I was the only idiot with my suit on; finally convinced by friends to take at least the top off; I was a bit giddy due to it was not the norm in the US. Second trip? No big deal since no one cares; no one watches unless you stand out due to your own discomfort which is what you most likely encountered. Watching someone trying to get "comfortable" with doing such is probably the more entertaining part b/c no one there cares if you are nude yet you stand out with clothing on!
When I had my own pool? No neighbors, went to the pool took the suit off and kept my dogs with me [and a towel if someone showed up]. I figured if someone wanted to watch me float on a raft to tan; they needed to get a life. Now? Not a big deal since I found it's not a sexual thing; it was my "perception" which inhibited me. However, I do like to wear nothing when it's warm in the house or minimal clothing if I have to.
I lived above a nude beach, and no matter how often I saw it, I never did get used to seeing men and women quickly rub sunscreen onto their crotch. Always did a double take.

These girls I noticed in my story above stood out just by the way they acted and with the clothing they left on. If they would have just come to the beach and stripped their swimsuits off, I probably wouldn't have hardly noticed them. But with the way they were acting, it was entertaining to watch and see just how far they were willing to go with removing their swimsuits with each dare or the fact they just kept giggling and went back and forth with the banter once one removed her top. It top a lot of talking before the second one finally joined her.
Having a hot tub and enjoying sitting in it nude has kind of spoiled me. When I go to a hotel and sit in the hot tub, it really isn't as comfortable. It reminds how nice and comfortable it really is to be nude when possible.

I have come to a conclusion; the cause of my poor marriage choices were due to really good sex. Date number one fun, date two in bed, and before you know it you are going at it non-stop, get attached, keep dating for years...figure out "why not just get married since we do well over-all". At this time it's been a few years, you figure you can deal with the other, end up making bad choices for a spouse. Can say though; always had a really good sex life.
Maybe EEK has a point--swing. Or maybe I should be abstinent, in my own best interest or "banned" from marriage! LOL!:D

Yes they will get offended. It's very important to realise that nudism isn't sexual, so if you're not able to exercise self control then it's not for you. Also be aware that many resorts are family orientated so there is usually a very strict set of rules.
But please don't let me put you off if you're generally interested in Nudism.
